TV-Lite

TV-Lite reached maturity level and that's why there seemed to be not much activity later (which is true). However, we have to keep the pace with the changes, especially in the Linux world.
Ubuntu dropped the wxWidgets 3.0 support, starting with 23.04 Lunar Lobster. That is was prompted us to try and fix whatever know bugs remained and make the full transition to wxWidgets 3.2.x
Let's review the most important chenges and fixes:

• Windows version built using wxWidgets 3.2.2 and libVLC 3.0.18. Also, all the other Mingw dependencies were updated.
• On Mate (Marco WM) the controls popup did not appear, both in fullscreen and mini window. Fixed. This was only reproductible on Mate. This was the bug that actually triggered the new release.
• The mini window resize was defective on Marco (also a Mate desktop only problem)
• The keys for switching back from fullscreen to normal window did not work. (ESC, "F" and "F11" should all switch back).
• While editing the channel sources for a local list, moving a stream address up and down did not work (regression on Linux since 0.7.5).

It worth mentioning that we have to separately provide packets for Ubuntu 23.04, since the PPA recipe currently does not support wxWidgets 3.2.2. You can find these on the download page, but there is no update support.
